Items That Can Be Returned
Products in original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
Products received in damaged or defective condition
If you received an incorrect item by mistake
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, opened personal care items cannot be returned
Food items and other perishables cannot be returned
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are non-returnable

How to Return an Item
Contact Customer Service
Email us at elvin@lizelmtrading.co.za or call 073 158 4549 within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Authorization
We'll review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions via email within 1-2 business days.
Pack & Ship Your Return
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RA number on the package. Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
Important: Please keep your return tracking number until your refund is processed. We're not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return Shipping Costs
If you're returning an item for a reason other than defect or error, you're responsible for return shipping costs.
We'll provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you if the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or with missing parts not due to our error
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items showing obvious signs of use

We gladly offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or similar items:
How to Exchange
- Contact customer service to request an exchange
- Return the original item following the return process
- Place a new order for the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we'll refund the original purchase
Quick Exchange: To ensure you get the replacement item faster, we recommend placing a new order immediately and returning the unwanted item separately.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize and will make it right immediately:

Take clear photos of the defect or damage and the product packaging
Contact Us Immediately
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution
Receive Replacement
We'll send a replacement immediately at no additional cost, including prepaid return shipping for the defective item
